About Luis
Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico and moved to Ohio in 1978 at 9 years old (Speaks fluent Spanish).
Married his beautiful wife Christina in 1990.
Moved into Perry Township in 1997.
Raised five kids who attended & graduated from Perry Local Schools.
Worked for Perry Schools as a School Counselor (7 years).
Employed as Academic Coordinator at Walden University.
Currently renovating a second home in Perry to serve as an in-law suite for his mother-in-law.

Luis' Dad passed away on 4/27/'23.
